Amentco is the authorised reseller of Austco and Sedco healthcare products throughout Southern Queensland and serve to supply, install and service such systems and products.
Austco offer a Tacera IP based technology (3G) as well as a Medicom solution (2G), providing varying levels of capabilities and scalability.
Sedco is commonly used in Acute Care environments. Amentco can provide support with installation, service and maintenance of any system in the Sedco product suite – Sedco 6000, Sedco 7000, MCV5, Sedcare and Trinity.
Acute Care
Amentco supply, install and commission full site wide nurse call system solutions into any size Acute Care hospital environment. These can range from a major city based hospital to a small rural hospital where the needs of the client differ immensely. We have recently deployed a number of site wide nurse call systems for Queensland Health across their Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service, South West Hospital and Health Service and Central West Hospital and Health Service sites.
Along with providing a conventional nurse call system into these environments, we can also provide a fully integrated solution with high level interfacing to the security and access control system, duress system and site wide communications systems.
Aged Care (Elderly Care)
A key part of Amentco’s business is our ongoing relationships with a number of Group Aged Care companies, ranging from providers with one or two homes, to publicly listed providers with homes across state borders. We provide these clients with a high level of support within Queensland and in some cases nationally. This support varies and includes the supply and installation of site wide nurse call systems and the ongoing 24/7 support for service and maintenance for each home.
Along with providing a conventional nurse call system into these nursing homes, we also provide a fully integrated solution with high level interfacing to the security and access control system and site wide communications systems – DECT systems, Paging, Vocera etc.
Given the increased government imposed compliance regulations in the Aged Care industry, Amentco offers innovative solutions for site wide nurse call system reporting (onsite) as well as offering and delivering off site solutions that provide realtime data from all group sites, on a customised dashboard in a centrally managed location.
Amentco also provides and services all nurse call system peripheral devices including floor mats, bed mats, sensor beams, wireless devices, RTLS etc.
